For World Book Day we joined up with the infant room for a book scavenger hunt.  We really enjoyed it.

Fit Kidz!!

We are currently doing a six week block of fitness classes with coach Niall Teather.  It is great fun and really tests our agility, coordination, concentration, flexibility while pumping our heart rates and getting us fit! 

Valentines Maths Puzzle

We had great fun working out this Valentines maths puzzle!  

Jimbo was the chocolate thief!!

Quirky Aquarium

We brightened up a dull January by creating these fun aquariums in the Art room. We painted, sprinkled glitter and used collage techniques to produce these beautiful fish. 

OUR CHRISTMAS ART WORKSHOP!!

We sewed these little Christmas trees using felt, assorted buttons, wool and darning needles. Many of us had never sewed before so we really enjoyed learning this new skill.

 Our paper bag stars came out really well. To make one of these you have to decorate 7 paper bags, glue together in a special way and cut off the corners. Then you slowly open them up and voilá!
